**As of November 23, 2022, this project has been awarded to the following contractors: ECSi in the amount of $162,900.00 PIPCO in the amount of $397,200.00 Every bid shall consist of two (2) completed copies of Bid Documents and shall be placed in a sealed envelope labeled Pekin CHSD #303 Canopy Addition & Commons Renovation The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of existing exterior canopy, and a remodel of office and commons areas. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept or reject any bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. Bids on work of this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act" (Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Paragraph 39s - 1-12).
