Renovation of an educational facility in Pekin, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of October 26, 2022, this project has been awarded to the following contractors: Controls: ECSi, $162,900.00 Mechanical: PIPCO, $397,200.00 Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from due date. Every bid shall consist of two (2) completed copies of Bid Documents and shall be placed in a sealed envelope labeled "Pekin CHSD #303 Buildings B, C, & D - VAV Replacement and Recondition AHU-1 (B Penthouse)." The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of approximately 56 VAVs, valves and controls in Buildings B, C & D and reconditioning of existing AHU-1 in Building B Penthouse. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept or reject any bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. Bids on work of this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage Act" (Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Paragraph 39s - 1-12).
