Dunn Construction, hereafter referred as the Contractor, has issued bid documents for the project described below and requests your bid proposal on the Scopes of Work identified in Bidding Documents. The project will cover 195,000 square feet, delivering a new three-level concourse for ten gates, connected to the existing Expansion Phase I. The new concourse will provide building systems spaces, hold rooms, restrooms, food/beverage/retail concession spaces and telecommunications infrastructure, among its accommodations. It will connect to the existing building via a 1,000-foot connector, which will include baggage conveyor, storage areas, restrooms and moving sidewalks.
