The project will cover 195,000 square feet, delivering a new three-level concourse for ten gates, connected to the existing Expansion Phase I. The new concourse will provide building systems spaces, hold rooms, restrooms, food/beverage/retail concession spaces and telecommunications infrastructure, among its accommodations. It will connect to the existing building via a 1,000-foot connector, which will include baggage conveyor, storage areas, restrooms and moving sidewalks.
