Davis High School, Auditorium - 212 S 6th Avenue Yakima, WA 98902 Remodel of approximately 18,600 square feet of existing Lobby, Auditorium, Stage, fly Lofts, Rigging, Seating, etc. Work to include, but not limited to architectural and interior finish updates, structural updates, plumbing updates, & mechanical updates. New Building construction of 1,445 square feet of new lobby space and restroom facilities. Site Work. provide difference for 3-Ply SBS roofing system in lieu of TPO roofing system. provide at basement dressing rooms and hallway, casework provide new seating at Upper Balcony "Overflow" Seating. Provide LED tred systems at "overflow" seating steps. provide at existing "Stage Craft" hallway, provide new finish flooring provide metal deck, roofing, flashing and gutter system and Commons Canopy provide new 208/120V, 3 phase panels to replace Panels '5F' and '5L' as Alternate Bid. Base Bid: Under Base Bid, reconnect / extend circuits as shown to existing Panels '5F' and '5L Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check made payable to Yakima School District No.7, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total amount of the Base Bid.
