**As of December 16, 2021 the project has not been awarded yet.** McKinney ISD is requesting proposals from E-Rate eligible Category 1 Providers to provide described network and installation services for the new Elementary School #22. McKinney ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any part of a submitted proposal, to waive any formalities, to award the entire proposal to one vendor, to award portions of the proposal from several vendors, to make awards by groups or by line item, or to reject all proposals submitted, whichever is in the best interest of McKinney ISD. MISD will follow the purchasing policies of the MISD Board and requirements and procedures of the Schools and Libraries Universal Service to be eligible for all available funding. The implementation of any associated contracts resulting from this competitive bid process will be dependent on the districts' issuance of a written Notice to Proceed and the issuance of a District Purchase Order. E-rate funding notification alone will not signify Notice to Proceed. The district will have the right to allow the contract to expire without implementation if appropriate funding is not authorized.
