The Lamar County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals and statements of qualifications from selected firms ("Design-Builder") to provide professional design development - design-build services for the construction of a project known as the Administration/ Commissioners Offices in Lamar County, Georgia. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to provide the information required for the submission of documents for evaluation and selection. Firms that respond to this RFP, which are determined by Lamar County to be especially qualified, may be deemed eligible and may be invited to interview and offer proposals for these services. All respondents to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully. Lamar County reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, as well as to waive technicalities and informalities at their discretion. Please indicate your intent to submit a proposal by completing the Notification of Interest of this Request for Proposal.
