THE EXISTING PACKAGED ROOFTOP UNITS WILL BE REPLACED WITH NEW UNITS OF SIMILAR HEATING AND COOLING CAPACITY. IN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL, A NEW SUPPLY AIR FAN (FANWALL) WILL BE INSTALLED IN AN EXISTING AIR HANDLING UNIT. THE EXISTING USE GROUP, STAIRWAYS, SHAFTS, EXIT CORRIDORS, EGRESS, FIRE ALARMS, AND CONSTRUCTION CLASSIFICATION IN EACH OF THE THREE BUILDINGS WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED
