Construction will be plastic -foam filled floats, galvanized frame, and deck support. Install 3 total 8 foot by 48-foot counterbalance platforms for bridge and stiff arms. Bridge and stiff-arm platform will be 8 foot by 86 foot in total length. install a 20-footADA handrailsystem centered at the gangway. Install a total of 4 solar powered LED lights equal to 4000 lumens on 14-foot poles spaced equally over the 144-foot dock. Supply and install 160 foot of raised banding board for wheelchair limits. Install side mount cleats on 10-footintervals on the open water side (bay side).
