Project no -P2120900BE construction services for the Roof Repair/Replacement Project ("the Project"), as specifically set forth in the CSP package and pursuant to Texas Government All CSPs must be proposed on a lump sum basis including general contract, electrical, plumbing and mechanical work. The Project will generally include Districtwide Campus Roof Repair and/or Replacements at the following Manor Independent School District Campuses: 1. Oak Meadow Elementary School located at 5600 Decker Lane, Austin, Texas 78724 2. Blake Manor Elementary School located at 18010 Blake Manor Rd, Manor, TX 78653 3. Decker Middle School located at 8104 Decker Ln, Austin, TX 78724 4. Manor High School located at 12700 Gregg Manor Rd, Manor, TX 78653 5. Central Administration Building located at 10335 US Hwy 290E., Manor, TX 78653 6. Manor New Tech High School located at 10323 U.S. Hwy 290 E., Manor, TX 78653 7. Manor Middle School located at12900 Gregg Manor Rd., Manor, TX 78653 In addition, coordination between the roof repair and/or replacement project and the districtwide campus HVAC project will be required to the extent the projects overlap, including but not limited to scheduling, materials, roof connection, etc. Districtwide Campus Roof Repair and Replacement. 1.
