Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1,800,000 Interior remodel of the west portion of the existing building at 123 Bavarian Hills Plaza, Hermann, Missouri, as a new Community Clinic for Hermann Area District Hospital. The 25,664 square foot building is owned by Scenic Regional Library. Scenic Regional Library is under separate contract for remodel and renovation of the east portion of the building as well as the exterior of the building. The Library and Clinic projects will run concurrently. The HADH Community Clinic project specifically consists of interior construction of 10,894 square feet for a clinic to include exam and treatment rooms, negative air/isolation suite, offices, medical clinic ancillary and support spaces. ) Architectural and Interiors Scope of Work was reviewed i) Concerns were expressed regarding the possible need for moisture mitigation in the existing concrete slab. Additional information may be provided in an Addendum. b) Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection Scope of Work was reviewed. i) Sanitary Sewer location and tie-in questions may be addressed in an Addendum. ii) Concerns regarding installation and maintenance challenges were expressed regarding the proposed location of the new ground mounted RTU. Additional information may be provided in an Addendum 10,894 square feet interior remodel and renovation into a B-occupancy medical clinic. The existing building is open with bare concrete floor slab and exposed pre-engineered metal building structure. No interior construction remains. All new walls and finishes will be added throughout. Mechanical, Power, Lighting, Data, and Plumbing systems will added as part of this project. Concrete floor trenching and partial replacement of concrete slab is required to add plumbing lines. 2. The demising wall separating Scenic Regional Library and HADH Community Clinic will be constructed and finished on the Library side only allowing opportunity for HADH's contractor to place electrical, plumbing and data in that wall prior to closing it up The 25,664 square foot, single-story, slab on grade building owned by Scenic Regional Library. Scenic Regional Library is under separate contract for remodel and renovation of the east portion of the building as well as the exterior of the building. The Library and Clinic projects will run concurrently and the Library project is schedule for completion in May 2022 with occupancy in June 2022
