Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in North Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
*Please contact the construction manager for access to the bid results. This project generally includes the build-out of new office space for HR and Finance Departments of the SRAA in the Second Floor of the Center Terminal of the Passenger Terminal Building. Modifications to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems are also included. Bidders are advised that this contract will require the contractor and subcontractors to pay prevailing wage rates as a minimum in accordance with the current State Wage Rate Schedules.
