Bidders are advised that this contract will require the contractor and subcontractors to pay prevailing wage rates as a minimum in accordance with the current State Wage Rate Schedules. Bidders shall be advised that this contract requires participation by certified disadvantaged businesses as follows: M/WBE Goal: 30%; SDVOB Goal: 6%. Daily cost for liquidated damages: $2,500 Liquidated damages will apply on the 1st day beyond the time of completion and every calendar day, or portion of calendar day, thereafter in which the work is incomplete.
