The City of Midland desires to modernizes the audio and visual equipment for Grande
Communications Stadium with the latest audio and visual technology. The City of Midland is
looking for a vendor to provide professional services that include but are not limited to updating
fiber and cabling, replacing out-of-date sound equipment, replacing field cameras, and updating
the PA system. This effort will enhance quality and effectiveness of the venue for both the City
of Midland and other contracted users.
The functional objective of this RFP is to complete the following tasks, included but not limited

1. Replace Sound equipment (UPS must be included in replacement)
