Renovation of a municipal facility in Brazoria, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Questions Due Date: Dec 10th 2021, 5:00 PM CST In accordance with Texas Government Code 2269, Brazoria County is seeking competitive sealed proposals for flooring replacement at the Brazoria County Sheriffs Office - Administration Building. The total square footage is an estimated 22,508 square feet; however, vendors are asked to field verify measurements. The scope of the work consists of the removal and hauling of the current flooring material and to provide all of the necessary labor, materials such as transitions and cove base, floor prep and insurance to install the new flooring material. The preferred carpet flooring product is Homeroom V.3.0 #420 Scholarship, size 24 x 24 carpet tiles. The preferred vinyl plank flooring product is Ascension-Outland Rigid core (Chesapeake); however, vendors can provide an alternate product for Brazoria County to review Any prospective respondent desiring any explanation or interpretation of the proposal must make a written request which must be received by the Purchasing Department at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled time for the proposal opening.
