Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Micco, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of a new public lift station and force main located in Micco including installation of a new pump station to support two submersible pumps; installation of above-grade discharge manifold and piping; construction of terminal manhole; installation of concrete pads, driveway and fencing with access gate; construction of the electric meter, circuit breakers, control panels, RTU, telemetry tower, demarcation box and all electrical conduit and wiring; tie-in to existing SCADA/Telemetry; installation, maintenance, and removal of the temporary bypass to facilitate the lift station construction; demolition of existing drain field and septic tank; construction of 570 linear feet 4" PVC force main, 4,890 linear feet 6" PVC force main, and 596 linear feet 8" HDPE force main via direct bore; construction of sewer service sub-outs; construction of 2,343 linear feet of 8" PVC gravity sewer line with 10 sanitary sewer manholes, turn lane reconstruction, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
