Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Micco, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of August 13, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 26, 2025. Barefoot Bay Recreation District (hereinafter referred to as "BBRD") is requesting sealed Proposals for "RFP No. 2025-02, Shopping Center milling/repaving and VGC/W&S parking lot repair and sealcoat" All Proposals must be executed and submitted in a single sealed package. Proposer shall mark Proposals package, "RFP No. 2025-02, Shopping Center milling/repaving and VGC/W&S parking lot repair and sealcoat". Proposer's name and return address should be clearly identified on the outside of the package. Proposer shall submit six (6) complete original sets of the proposal and one (1) electronic copy with all supporting documentation. Proposals not including all aspects of the requested work may be disqualified by the evaluation committee. Proposals submitted by facsimile (fax) or the six (6) complete original sets as indicated above sent electronically via e-mail will NOT be accepted. Only the one (1) electronic copy with all supporting documentation will be accepted via email. Questions about the meaning or intent of the RFP shall be submitted in writing and directed to The Office of the District Clerk, 625 Barefoot Blvd., Barefoot Bay, FL 32976, Attention: Cindy Mihalick District Clerk. Questions may also be e-mailed to cindy.mihalick@bbrd.org. Questions received after Monday July 14, 2025, will not be answered. 935/937 Barefoot Boulevard All work must be performed in the area timelines provided by the Property Services Manager Deviation from this timeline must be approved by the Property Services Manager prior to change All work areas must be properly secured and clearly marked as a work area to avoid public entry All parking stops to be removed All overgrowth into the current lot is to be removed All rebar and other protruding objects to be removed Parking lot surface to be milled at least one inch, cleaned up, and reused for this project or removed from property. Should there be any residual millings that are not utilized for this project, they are to be deposited at the location specified by the Property Services Manager. All bird baths should be addressed in a manner to ensure there are no depressions within the project area Application of the bonding agent in a manner to protect any overspray on curbs, buildings or other property Installation of the new paved surface Repainting the parking lines in a method that meets all applicable codes and retains the current number of spaces Repaint all handicapped parking spaces in accordance with ADA compliance Repaint all directional arrows, fire lanes, and stop bars in accordance with current code Repaint all curbing Install new concrete type car stops and pin in place to prevent any movement Remove all trash/debris from the site 931 Barefoot Boulevard All work must be performed in the area timelines provided by the Property Services Manager Deviation from this timeline must be approved by the Property Services Manager prior to change All work areas must be properly secured and clearly marked as a work area to avoid public entry All parking stops to be removed All overgrowth into the current lot is to be removed All rebar and other protruding objects to be removed Repair depression adjacent to the sidewalk All bird baths should be addressed in a manner to ensure there are no depressions within the project area Pave section identified by Property Services Manager that is currently devoid of pavement Crack seal all cracks identified and approved by the Property service manager All asphalt is to be repaired in a method consistent with code and standard practices Application of the asphalt sealer with protection as to prevent any overspray on curbs, building or other property Repainting the parking lines in a method that meets all applicable codes and retains the current number of spaces Repaint all handicapped parking spaces in accordance with ADA compliance Repaint all directional arrows, fire lanes, and stop bars in accordance with current code Repaint all curbing Install new concrete type car stops and pin in place to prevent any movement Remove all trash/debris from the site Evaluation Committee Meeting (interviews, if needed, otherwise review of proposals and vote to recommend award to Board of Trustees) August 05, 2025 (10:00am Administration Bldg. 625 Barefoot Blvd.) ***August 12, 2025, for presentations if required by Evaluation Committee, (10:00am Administration Bldg. 625 Barefoot Blvd.) *** Board of Trustees award of contract August 26, 2025 (1:00pm, Bldg.
