Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Belleview, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The consulting services, sought by the CITY, are for services to expand the City's water reclamation facility from 0.76 million gallons per day (MGD) to 1.5 MGD. The services are specifically for this project. This is not a continuing contract. The process shall be in conformance with Florida Statutes Chapter 287.055 (Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act) (CCNA). Contract award will be made by the City Commission at a regularly scheduled meeting after the selection committee has reviewed all proposals, ranked the firms and negotiated a fee. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technical errors and informalities and make the award in the best interest of the city The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
