For Water Treatment Plant No. 3 Phase 1 For construction of the Belleview Water Treatment Plant No. 3 Phase 1 Project. All qualified contractors licensed by the State of Florida are hereby invited to submit a bid on the above referenced project. The City will consider all bids properly submitted at its scheduled Bid Opening. The City of Belleview shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. All persons and firms wishing to submit bids must obtain a complete copy of the Bidding documents. All work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Project Documents prepared by the Engineer. Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering, and installing all materials, equipment and services, including labor for the project, which generally involves the following activities: Construction of new groundwater treatment plant consisting of two new 16" potable water wells,two 10,000 gallon hydropneumatic tanks, control building, electrical and controls, generator, on site piping, parking, approximately 250' of 12" water main, 2,350' of 20" water main, 1,475' of new asphalt roadway, and 2,000' of asphalt roadway replacement CONTRACT TIME: Construction time to achieve Substantial Completion is 270 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with an additional 60 consecutive calendar days to achieve Final Completion
