Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Copperhill, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Each item needs to be priced separately so County Commission can determine how many of the projects could be done. Please bid on the following: 1.Install a new 30x50 vinyl liner swimming pool inside the shallow end of the existing pool structure. The new pool will need to be plumbed with 8 returns and 4 skimmers. The pump/filter system will need to consist of a 2.65 variable speed pump and a 300-pound sand filter. After the new pool is complete the area outside of the new pool will need to be backfilled with gravel and deck jets will need to be installed approximately every 20 in the new concrete pool deck. (Please Price Separately) 2.Inside the deep end perimeter of the existing pool we would like to add an additional splash pad with 8 splash pad jets. The splash pad will need to be complete with appropriately sized pump/filter system (2.65 variable speed pump & 300 pound sand filter). (Please Price Separately) 3.The existing kiddie pool will need to be renovated with concrete with a drain and one large splash pad jet. This vessel will also have its own appropriately sized pump/filter system (1 hp variable speed pump and 150 pound sand filter). (Please Price Separately) 4. Existing pool deck will need to be cleaned and all cracks filled with mastic joint filler. (Please Price Separately)
