**As of September 08, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Contract No. 1 consists of making upgrades to the existing Fightingtown Pump Station. The pump station is owned and operated by the City of Copperhill, Tennessee and is located just north of and adjacent to the property located at 332 West Tennessee Avenue in Copperhill, Tennessee. Major work items include: Replacing the two existing dry pit submersible sewage pumps with new pumps; replacing the existing 8-inch-diameter plug valves (2 per pump) and check valve (1 per pump) with new valves; replacing 8-inch-diameter header piping and fittings; replacing the existing 8-inch-diameter 90-degree ductile iron bend exiting the dry pit station with a new 8-inch-diameter ductile iron tee; installing a new 8-inch-diameter vertical pipe and associated appurtenances to just above the top slab of the station to provide a connection for future temporary bypass pumping; replacing the existing "muffin monster" installed in the inlet channel to the wetwell with a new unit; temporary bypass pumping; upgrades to the pump controls and VFDs; and miscellaneous electrical improvements. Contract No. 2 consists of trenchless rehabilitation of existing sewer infrastructure and the removal and replacement of existing sewer infrastructure in Copperhill, Tennessee. Trenchless rehabilitation includes the following: Subsurface rehabilitation in existing manholes, installation of full-depth Polymer Wall Liner within existing manholes, sealing of existing gravity sewer with Chemical Insertion Grouting, and insertion of Cured-In-Place Pipe within existing 18-Inch, 15-Inch, 12-Inch, 10-Inch, and 8-Inch gravity sewers. Removal and replacement includes the following: Removal and replacement of existing precast and brick sewer manholes and 8-Inch vitrified clay pipe gravity sewers.
