For furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: Contract 21-30, C and D Street Storm Sewer Improvements (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton (Design Professional"). In general, the improvements on which proposals are requested will be as described below: Approximately 1100 lineal feet of 12" through 30" storm sewer, 15 storm structures, 260 lineal feet of curb and gutter, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is an Ohio Prevailing Wage project. Any questions must be received by the Owner through Bid Express no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on Thursday, December 2, 2021 in order to provide an addendum to all plan holders Substantial Completion Date 90 days from date of Notice to Proceed Final Completion Date 120 days from the date of Notice to Proceed The project also includes storm structure replacements, curb and gutter. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
