Material to be furnished under this specification is 60% Magnesium Hydroxide Slurry for use by the City of Hot Springs wastewater treatment facility, for the purpose of raising the pH to a level which prevents the release of H2S gas into the system. Bid prices shall remain in effect for a period of 12 months from the bid award date.
