Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility.
Metal frame, wood structure, walls, brick façade, siding, roof is to be removed. Leaving only concrete foundation. The CONTRACTOR shall preserve all concrete slabs and not undermine or damage any parts of the concrete. If damaged it must be repaired to the satisfaction of Airport Management. The CONTRACTOR shall, after clearing property, clear the property to insure that there are no broken boards, rock, concrete, masonry pieces or debris of any kind that would prevent or hinder mowing of the property. The property shall be left in a hazard-free condition. The demolition and disposal of all material shall be carried out in compliance with all applicable state, federal and local laws, regulations, and ordinances regulating demolition and disposal of construction debris. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for obtaining a city demolition permit.
