Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of July 23, 2021, the project was awarded to the lowest bidder Arkansas Glass Company bid of $4,103,000. The start and completion date as not yet determined. Number of 12-month extensions (see bid for conditions): Bid includes total for labor, materials, equipment, taxes and all related cost (permits, license, etc.) Taxes - Taxable goods and services delivered inside the City of Hot Springs will have a tax rate of 9.5%. This should not be included in the totals above. All other goods and services will be taxed at the rate required by the applicable governing bodies. The Hot Springs Parks Department is taking quotes on replacing three (3) doors and frames at Family Park Restrooms. The following specifications described are the minimum requirements for the replacement. Replace 3 existing doors and frames at Family Park Restroom Demo and dispose of old wood frames and doors Supply and install for each door: - special fabricated 18 gauge insulated primed door, nom. 3' x 7" x 1 3/4" and KD HM 16 gauge steel frame openings that are nom 40" x 86" - 1 1/2 pair of US26D NRP 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 butt hinges - triple blade bottom sweep - 4" mill finish x 36" x 1/4 " high threshold - design hardware US 26D deadbolt locks with identical keys - design hardware US32D push plates - design hardware US 32D pull handles and plates - design hardware 316 mill color surface closers
