The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, supervision, management, financing, services, shop drawings, submittals, testing, and other items necessary for the proper execution and functioning and shall make all Installations and connections necessary, specified, customary, or otherwise appropriate to perform fully and to complete in every respect the contract work generally described as follows: (Specification or drawing references included in the following statement of Subcontract work are applicable but not necessarily all inclusive Stallings Gentilly Pool - 2700 Lapeyrouse: Pool Repair. a. Pool is leaking. b. Leaks have been found and repairs are to be made. Investigate/Repair/Replace. Shell. 1. Shell to be resurfaced with matching materials. 2. Shell to be leak proof. 3. Cut out and remove damaged sections. 7. Install new piping and seal. 8. Backfill. 9. Haul off all debris and spoils. 10. Start and test system. Pool system lo be fully functioning before leaving. All materials, equipment, supplies, fasteners, and other items required to perform work tasks to be supplied and installed by contractor. All trash and debris to be removed by contractor and hauled off. Do not use City dumpster. Clean area when work Is complete. Area to be ready for business use when finished.
