As of May 27, 2025, this project has been completed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Sierra Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural engineering (A/E) firms to complete the detailed design and construction documents for the City s Animal Care Center improvements and expansion. Proposals submitted by qualified architectural firms will be the primary basis upon which the City will rank the firms and select an A/E team for this project. All questions related to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing through the Question/Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement portal, on or before December 6, 2021, by 5:00pm Arizona time. Please include the section title for each question, if applicable, in order to ensure that questions asked are responded to correctly. All questions submitted and answers provided shall be electronically distributed to bidders following this solicitation on the City's e-Procurement Portal . The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all of the prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements contained herein. The City also reserves the right to reject any proposal when cancellation is in the best interest of the City. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
