Renovation of a residential development in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

As of June 30, 2023, project was awarded to Mountain View Air Conditioning & Heating LLC but awarded amount is not available. The evaporative, roof-mounted swamp cooler was decommissioned and covered with tarp approximately three (3) years ago at the residence. The inside of the unit is dirty and the panel is rusty. The City of Sierra Vista is seeking a licensed HVAC contractor to replace the existing evaporative cooler at the residence with a similar or like unit. This scope of work is being offered as part of the Emergency Home Repairs and Disabilities Modification Program, which assists homeowners in Sierra Vista to perform emergency repairs to substandard housing conditions. By submitting a response, I agree that work for this project will commence within fourteen (14) days and will be completed within thirty (30) days. If I am unable to meet this requirement due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify the project manager in writing within 24 hours to notify of the delay with an explanation. I am aware that substantial delays may result in termination of the purchase order and award to another vendor so that the City may attempt to meet the original timeline, if the City finds it is in its best interest or in the best interest of the homeowner.
