Proposals submitted by qualified architectural firms will be the primary basis upon which the City will rank the firms and select an A/E team for this project. All questions related to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing through the Question/Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement portal, on or before December 6, 2021, by 5:00pm Arizona time.
