As of 01/10/2022 This project has been awarded to Superior Mechanical Services in the amount of total amount of $497,900 with Alternate 2 $15,700 and Alternate 3 $33,200. A brief description of work for these projects follows: Project will consist of removal and replacement of existing air cooled chillers, primary and secondary chilled water pumps, piping and accessories. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. This project requires the awarded vendor to comply with the requirements of E-Verify. (U.S. law requiring companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States - either U.S. citizens, or foreign citizens who have the necessary authorization.) Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this project. The appropriate forms from the section entitled Participation by Women and Minority Owned Businesses must be submitted with each bid to show good faith efforts to obtain Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise participation.
