Site work for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The Work of this Contract, designated B65-3 - Dundas West Station Loop Track Replacement, consists of the supply of labour, equipment, and materials to remove the existing streetcar track and accessories, existing pavement within the track right-of-way, and to resurface the track right-of-way pavement for streetcar to support streetcar track replacement on Dundas Street West and Dundas West Station Streetcar Loop. Building storm pipe drain repair within the streetcar loop onto Dundas Street West. Remove and replace the existing traffic signal priority on Dundas Street West. Remove and replace drainage catchment component, including track drains leads, switch drain leads and sewer pipes. Installation of a streetcar stop bump-out. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
