Pace, the Suburban Bus Division of the Regional Transportation Authority, is seeking bids for a Five (5) Year Blanket Contract - 2022 HVAC Scheduled Inspections, Service, Maintenance and Authorized Repairs at Pace Facilities. The site visit meetings will begin promptly at the stated times. The meetings are not mandatory however, prospective bidders are encouraged to participate to gain a better understanding of the requirements. Please email Kerry Walsh, Contract Buyer, at Kerry.Walsh@pacebus.com if your company will be represented. The authorized Buyer under this IFB is Kerry Walsh, Contract Buyer. All questions should be addressed to Kerry Walsh at Kerry.Walsh@pacebus.com by the question deadline, 2:00 p.m. on February 2, 2022. Any questions regarding the solicitation documents, scope of work, or noted discrepancies in the bid documents must be sent to the attention of the Buyer by this deadline. Following the issuance of the IFB, and until the Notice of Award is published, Bidders and Bidder's subconsultants/contractors shall communicate only with Pace's Chief Procurement Officer, or authorized designee by the Chief Procurement Officer. The authorized Buyer under this IFB is Kerry Walsh, Contract Buyer. During the procurement process and until the contract is awarded, any other communications regarding the IFB with members of Pace's Board of Directors, staff, consultants may result in disqualification of the Proposer(s) and proposed sub-consultants/contractors.
