RFQ - District-Wide Maintenance Contractor for the Aurora Highlands Project The Aurora Highlands is a new master planned community located on the high plains prairie, approximately three miles south of Denver International Airport (DIA). The site is located east of Picadilly Road, south of 56th Avenue, north of 26th Avenue, and west of Powhaton Road (future alignment) with a portion also east of Powhaton south of 48th Avenue (future alignment). The development consists of approximately +/- 3,884.9 total acres which is anticipated to be developed with single family and multi-family homes, commercial, retail, industrial, and other amenities, reaching an estimated population of approximately 41,823 people at full build-out. December 15, 2021 Questions Due by 5:00 p.m. MT December 16, 2021 Question Responses Due by 11:59 p.m. MT December 29, 2021 Agreement Executed January 1, 2022 Selected Contractor to Begin Performance All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) must be by email and should be directed to: Matt Hopper, President, matt.hopper@aecom.com. The Contractor shall provide Maintenance Services for the Aurora Highlands master planned community (Development) for a period of one year, approximately January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all submittals; to review and consider proposal alternates (if any); to waive ANY informalities or irregularities; to further negotiate with one or more Proposers; and to reject any conditional, nonconforming, nonresponsive or unqualified submittals. OWNER reserves the right to accept the Proposal that, in its estimation, represents the best value to the OWNER. Acceptance of a proposal shall be by written notice to the participating entity that submitted the accepted proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
