A portion of the Segment 0 manholes were not lined as they were identified to be raised by a future developer to a new finished grade. The manholes are slated to be raised by the developer in August 2022. This Project includes lining the raised manholes and completing manhole rehabilitation at two additional locations, one near E 30th Ave and the I-225 overpass, and the second at Baranmor Parkway and I-225 overpass. The two additional manhole locations were discovered during a separate Capital Improvements Project and it was determined their need for rehabilitation could be delayed until this project.
