Con'eer Engineering, Inc. is requesting bids on a project for Billings School District No. 2. The project is at Ponderosa Elementary School, which is located at 4188 King Avenue E. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check for 10% of the total bid. Successful bidder shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract, upon signature of the Contract. Bids shall include the cost of such bonds. Contractor shall furnish to the Owner Lien Waivers, as requested, prior to final payment. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to award the contract for the bid considered to be best suited to the needs of the Facility and/or in the best interests of the Owner: and to waive informalities. The Owner reserves the right to determine what constitutes all irregularities or informalities and to contact bidders for clarification or additional information.
