Renovation of a municipal facility in Farmington, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: This project shall include the following: Expand the existing Jace at the RTU to accommodate the additional points, replace 11 VAV boxes and associated controls, replace the controls for the existing boiler and heating water pumps, and re-balance building. Re-pipe the boiler room due to age and condition of existing piping shall also be included. New controllers shall be the Honeywell brand open license N4 classic Spyder (such as model 4022). Construction Cost Estimate: $100,743 The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
