The job completion time is 60 days and $100 per day for liquidated damages. This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to replace the site water valves and frost proof yard hydrants at Janes Island State Park, 26280 Alfred Lawson Drive, Crisfield,Somerset County, Maryland 21817 The proposed project shall include but is not limited to the following: a. Replace four (4) 4-inch valves and associated valve boxes. b. Replace eight (9) 2-inch valves and associated valve boxes. c. Replace two (3) 3/4 -inch valves and associated valve boxes. Remove only if redundant with yard hydrant valves below. d. Replace eighteen (17) frost-proof yard hydrants and additional associated 3/4 -inch isolation valves and valve boxes. e. Remove water fountain and properly cap 3/4 -inch line to pavilion water fountain. f. Remove section of fencing at maintenance area and install 3' gate. g. Stabilize disturbed areas, remove and properly dispose of all demolished material and construction debris off state property
