Notice is hereby given that Community High School District 155 is accepting sealed bids for: District 155 2022 Capital Improvements Asbestos Abatement. Such proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following as described: BID GROUP 1 BID PACKAGE #1 Bid Package #01 - Asbestos Abatement . Pre-qualification of all bidders in this bid phase is required prior to the bid due date. If you are not currently pre-qualified please visit the following website to begin the process electronically Any questions about the process or steps should be directed to prequal@pepperconstruction.com. The competency and responsibility of the bidders will be considered in making awards. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Environmental Consultant for this project is Pepper Environmental Technologies, Inc. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Peggy James. Questions must be received via email to pjames@ pepperenvironmental.com until 3:00 PM (CST) Friday, December 10, 2021. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to negotiate contract terms with various Bidders, and to waive all formalities or irregularities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner's best interests.
