The City is seeking a qualified and competent vendor to completely repair street by removing specified existing concrete panels and replace with new concrete panels in the following locations (Construction locations are marked on street surfaces, and the addresses listed are only an estimated point of reference): E. 6 th Street, from 127 E. 6 th Street to 201 E. 6 th Street (Approximately 982 square yards, 610 linear feet of Integral Curb and 200 square yards of Solid Slab Sod). Rebecca Lane, from Foster Drive to 525 Rebecca Lane (Approximately 1,080 square yards, 675 linear feet of Integral Curb and 226 square yards of Solid Slab Sod). E. 18th Street, from 1000 E. 18th Street to 1101 E. 18th Street (Approximately 1,166 square yards, 583 linear feet of Integral Curb and 195 square yards of Solid Slab Sod). Kings Road, from S. Broadway Avenue to 126 Kings Road (Approximately 1,030 square yards, 720 linear feet of Curb and Gutter and 240 square yards of Solid Slab Sod). All bidders must submit a 5 percent Bid Security (Bond, Letter of Credit, or Cashier's Check) to insure bidder can comply with the requirements of the bid documents. These bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders upon awarding of this contract.
