**As of January 16, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount is for an hourly rate of $63.30 No bids are to be sent via regular mail. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, drawn to the order of the Fort Lee Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid but not in excess of $20,000. A 100% performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. (18A:18A-24). Bidders must be pre-qualified to bid on work specified by the New Jersey State Board of Education (Title 18A:18A-27). The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defects or informalities in any bid, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the District to do so. The length of this contract is six months and will run from January 3, 2022 to June 30, 2022. At the Board of Educations discretion, two (2) one-year extensions of the contract may be issued to extend the contract.
