Bidders must also preregister for Electronic Bidding Pre-Bid Conference: No Pre-bid Conference will be held for this project. All potential bidders are responsible to read all bid documents and submit questions in writing through Periscope by December 8, 2021, at 12:00:00 p.m. An addendum will be issued to address all questions submitted. Prior to bidding this project, Bidders must carefully examine the Bidding Documents, Addenda (if any) and the City of Oklahoma City Standard Specifications for Public Improvements.
