2021/2022 Utility Pole and Anchor Replacements. Scope of Work: 37 Utility pole replacements, 2 push braces, 15- 12" helix style anchors Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The Work under this contract shall consist of replacement or installation of the following: o 37 class 3-35', 40', or 45' wooden utility poles. Utility poles shall be furnished by WBMLP. o 2 class 3-40' wooden push brace poles o 15-12" helix style anchors with 1" anchor rods or "rock anchor" equivalent where necessary. All materials shall be furnished by WBMLP. o Installation of pole by digger derrick or core drilling of ledge as necessary. o Completion of work within 120 calendar daysfrom start date in Notice to Proceed.
