Completion of the Project shall be substantially completed by November 30, 2022. Except as otherwise expressly provided elsewhere in this Contract, Contractor shall substantially complete on or before November 30, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Section 9.0 in the General Conditions of Contract or before December 31, 2022.
