Renovation of a transportation facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The City of Charlotte (the "City") hereby invites sealed bids for the following project at Charlotte Douglas International Airport: Condenser Water Loop - Concourse E The scope of this contract shall be to install a complete piping loop with several valves to allow for the connection to this temperature-controlled piping system with a heat exchanger to provide conditioned water to water cooled condensing units used for the food concessions restaurants walk-in coolers and walk-in freezer. Project term is 90 days. The purpose of this contract is to build a complete Condenser Water Loop as designed by AME Consulting Engineers. The system will be designed using a shell and tube heat exchanger connected to the Airport's Central Chiller Plant, chilled water piping, to provide tempered condenser water for the food concessions, water-cooled, condensing units on walk-in cooler and freezers. Contract term 90 days. NO Trade is available for Renovation Severity. The City has set a CBI goal for this Contract of zero percent (0%).
