Renovation of a recreation facility in Liberal, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.
The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for the Replacement of a Roof at the West End of Ag-Building at (1501 W. 8th Street) Fairgrounds. Any questions regarding the specifications or to schedule a walk through shall be addressed to Linda Johnson, Event Center Director, by calling 620-624-3743.Bids will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on December 20, 2021. In the event an accepted bidder's contract price is $25,000.00 or greater, the successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond equal to 100% percent of the contract price. Such bond will be required at contract signing. All contractors and subcontractors that work on the project must be licensed with Seward County. The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, reserves the right to accept or reject and any or all bids and the right to waive any or all irregularities therein.
