The Holt County Road Supervisor and the County Commission will check rock for quality. A gradation report will also be required for every day of crushing. Tonnage will be on a more-or-less basis. A surety bond or certified check on a Missouri bank or trust company, in the amount of five (5%) of the bid, made payable to the County of Holt, shall be attached to the bid.
