The project includes the replacement of 430' of 8" sanitary sewer and 2 manholes within Fourth Avenue. Installation of 135' of 48"x76" elliptical pipe and junction structure along with associated pipe removals, earthwork, concrete and asphalt repairs, and maintenance of traffic is also included. Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the website no later than Friday, December 3, 2021 at 1 :00 p.m. (EST). Questions submitted outside of Bid Express will not be answered. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
