LEGAL NOTICE ENGINEERING ESTIMATE $116,899.00 The owner intends and requires that this project not start until after March 1, 2022 and shall be substantially completed by May 1, 2022, final completion is June 1, 2022. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Shelby County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
