To be validly considered, any submission must be prepared on the form provided on the SEAO website. The person responsible for the call for tenders of the Municipality of Saint-Henri is Mr. Michel Roy, director of technical services (services-techniques@saint-henri.ca). The Municipality of Saint-Henri reserves the right to accept neither the lowest nor any of the bids received and to withdraw certain parts from the contract. The Client will also not be liable for any prosecution or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of such decisions.
