The funding for this project is from the CBS Harbor Fund, FY 2023 Capital Projects. Question Deadline 01/31/2023 at 2:00 PM AKT Questions regarding this RFP or the project should be submitted by email to publicworks@cityofsitka.org attention Kelli Cropper, CBS Project Manager. The City and Borough of Sitka (CBS) wishes to select and award a Design/Build Contract to a qualified Design/Build team for urgent repairs to the Crescent Harbor High Load Dock and Net Shed. CBS will consider a designer-led or constructor-led Design/Build team. The award and selection will be a value-based process based on price, evaluated work plan and proposal, and qualifications of the proposer. The scope of the work is comprised of a Base Bid and Additive Alternates. Costs for each include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to successfully complete the design, permitting, public involvement, construction, and project closeout.
